I ordered a shoe polish, got 15% discount using the VIP sign up code and even got free shipping as part of a promotion. Although my product took a few weeks to arrive, it was better than going to the store to buy it!

Website experience was very good and it gave me a very good idea of what styles and sizes that they had available so I didn't have to waste my time go to the actual store. Problem is that before ordering, I didn't go to the actual store to try things out. Turns out the shoes that I bought were just a tad on the small side. Didn't have any problems returning the other pairs of shoes and they ordered me a larger size of the pair that I liked. Best thing was that the price I paid online was 30% less than the store price (and the shipping for the final pair was free since I ordered in person at the store.)

i bought a ring from aldo website,enjoy a free shipping, 15% off, ordered jul 7 at night , received jul 9 in the morning. very fast. but the stuff was overpackaging, my ring was wrapped in plastic and put into a cardboard box that is 5 in by 5 in 5 in.
i thought they shipped me something different before i open the box, seriously, as an environmentally concerned shopper, i strong suggest, when shipping something small like a ring, please use a small, bubbled, envelope, not cardboard so big that it can fit my two fists.

I purchased a pair of shoes online, which were on sale for $80.00. There was free shipping. I thought I was getting a good deal but when they arrived, they were used. I immediately notified Aldo through email and I received a message that they would be in contact with me. No one called. I emailed them again stating that I was waiting for someone to follow up with me regarding this matter but no one returned my email. This is the funniest part of all...Aldo's return policy states that they stand by their product and will give you a full refund if you return their UNWORN shoes. So, here I am stuck with a pair of used shoes. And, no one from the company will return my email or contact me regarding this matter. Unbelievable!
