Was offered free shipping for my items so after reading reviews was having second thoughts. I dealt with them in the US and they were great every time.
With the most recent shopping experience, my items were confirmed next day and shipped. The package was delivered to my work place in exactly 3 days. Excellent shopping experience and I saved around $80 as well compared to buying retail.

I have to wait for 2 months for nothing. One item is in back order (I don't know until when), the other item was canceled by them because they said that it was out of stock. But when I found out that it is stock again, I told them and they tell me I have to place a new order, of course with the new price, which is double the price in my order.
Finally I decided to cancel everything with them, after 2 months :-(
First time and las time I buy things with buy.com canada

Tried to order online, I got an email saying I had to print a form and fax it back to them with my drivers license. As if I give my personals out for anyone who asks. Maybe I should post my credit score, bank account and credit cards while I am at it, anyone else have some forms they would like me to print out?
Then I tried to login to the site and they have no record of my account.

Buy.com Canada is the worst. I placed an order in 2006, and one in 2009. I never received either item nor a good explanation.

Absolutely the worst online retailer in Canada! Avoid at all costs! Today marks the 2nd month since my order. Ordered 2 identical memory cards, 1st shipped a week after the order was placed (which is already pretty bad for an online purchase). BUT THE 2nd WAS NEVER SHIPPED! "Back ordered, apologize for inconvenience, etc.". After some correspondence they promised to ship by Aug. 15. Today is Aug 24th and nothing shipped yet. Could have and should have bought elsewhere. Never again!

I ordered a 500GB WD hard drive for my Macbook Pro. Ordered yesterday and got it today. I live in Ottawa, and I saw they had shipped it from Concord, ON. The product was exactly as I expected, as I went to Best Buy and compared it. I was afraid to order through Buy.com, after seeing some reviews, but glad I did. saved about C$76 on the deal! I am very happy.

This was my first time ordering online and I was amazed on the prices. I was looking for a Razer Tarantula Keyboard and a Razer Carcharias Headset and Buy.com Canada was the cheapest. There was also a 5% Off Discount so I was also glad I purchased from that site and the free shipping on items over $30 just made it an even better purchase. I have looked at many websites but shipping and all made both items Approx $220. Overall I recommend Buy.com and don't mind the other users they probably did something wrong or the website was not accurate enough, I do not know. I'm just glad I got both of my items in just 3 days and right when I woke up which was perfect timing because I was checking the website on where it was and it happened to be in front of my door.
The only problem I had with the website is how they don't show how many they have in stock and it always says In Stock which scares me to think that it's out but I trust them enough to order and here I am today with my new Headset and Keyboard.
I do not regret the purchase one bit try Buy.com and see how I love it.

Ordered it on a Saturday with a minor error on my part in terms of a mistype of my credit card number. I received an automated notice on Sunday and corrected it, so as far as I am concerned the order was processed Sunday and I received it Tuesday morning. It's an item that not many retailers carry and I could only find suppliers from the states. Others wanted me to pay 55 USD per unit + shipping and ca.buy.com had it for ~$45 with free shipping by Purolator.
I can't comment on the product selection, website experience, or support. It was google that found the product for me. To summarize, they had the best price I found and also had free shipping. It got here in one and a half business days.

Never received the item - had to cancel after TWO MONTHS of waiting because the mail-in rebate had expired. Horrible customer service experience. Company hides support phone number and email addresses. I was given the US number (1-800-800-0800) and the number could not be accessed from Canada. When I finally was given a Canadian number the agent on the phone could do nothing to help my situation and was completely unapologetic over the whole situation.
Thanks a lot buy.com Canada. Avoid at all costs!
