I purchased 2 phones at puremobile.ca - one of them came without English manual, the second one was even worse - it just didn't boot at all, so was totally useless. The answer to my first complain about English manual was an email with a pdf file. That phone was bought as a gift, but a gift with pdf manual in my email box - just "great"! The second phone was broken so I sent it back. The support told me that it will take 3 weeks to inspect the phone for damages. 3 weeks passed - no answer, 4 weeks - no answer. After that I wrote them - hey, what about my order? "It's in process, within 2 days we'll send it". After another week I wrote to them again - "What about my phone???" The answer was: "We don't have a phone you've ordered." And it's after SIX(6!!!) weeks waiting! So it was enough and I told them about re-fund. And here is the main part, their answer - "We didn't charge you!!!" So I gave them the transaction history from my bank account, I told about phone that I had and sent back and only after that they said: "OK! We will the money back in few days" And the money arrived after in 4 days. So I higly recommend to avoid this company if you want to get a nice working phone. Totally unsatisfied with their service.

The phone that came without instructions yesterday broke - after turning on just a colorful blurry screen. After 5 months - that just ridiculous.

Ordered some Bluetooth 'cans on a Saturday, received them the following Tuesday.
Only thing I could possibly fault these folks on is that I tried to add a buzzer code to my shipping address after my order was placed, and never heard back.

The idiots don't tell you that you can't complete your order with a Firefox browser! Wasted my freaking time, had to call them for this information, then used my roomate's computer to redo the entire order. I only ordered 1/2 of what I was going to get just to spite them.

I got the phone I wanted at a good price and the delivery was really quick. I had a couple of problems adding product to my cart so I called my order in. They also called me when they realized they didn't have the colour phone I ordered, which was nice. It was a HK phone but works well.

I was looking to buy a good new phone because my old T610 from FIDO fell in a drink and died. Anyways I was looking around and I checked TigerDirect.ca and I checked some other guys here in PriceCanada, but they were too expensive for my budget. Plus, they didn't have a return option. Finally I came across PureMobile and they had a good price. They told me that I would have a 15 day return policy, which was great since I've heard little about this new Motorola KRZR phone. I got the next day and I am really happy with it. I strongly recommend this online store to anyone! - They ship from Canada, which is great also!
