I can't say enough about this company! I was browsing the net looking for some inexpensive speakers to use with my laptop and MP3 player. I happened upon TechnologyDirectCanada.com and found a set of speakers that caught my attention:

I liked the specs (and the great price!) so I decided to email this company to ask a few questions. I was extremely impressed as I received a response from the owner in well under 24 hours. He answered my questions and gave me his opinion of the speakers. I ended up having a further question about another product I saw on the site and he responded to my second email within 15 minutes. I am now the happy owner of some great new speakers and I will definitely be a repeat customer of Technology Direct. The owner of this business couldn't have been more helpful, courteous, friendly and accomodating. He was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I just bought a laser printer (Brother HL2140) from TechnologyDirectCanada.
My experience with them was excellent: good product description, with precise technical specification, excellent price (I caught a special), fast delivery... Plus, $5.00 off for a signing up with then.

bought the WR850G knowing full well it was refurbished. However, the router arrived DOA (I called Motorola's tech support and we both came to the same conclusion; the WAN port and LAN#2 port were both dead). I proceeded to email TDC about it and got a RMA number the next business day. They sent out another router the day after I mailed the DOA one back. I was very pleased with that. However, the second router came in DOA also with the exact same problem. I know for a fact it's not my wires or DSL modem that is the problem. I tested the second router at a friends house also to make sure it wasn't my own fault. But we concluded it was the router that was faulty. I emailed TDC once again with the whole story and asked for a RMA. They were apologetic and gave me the choice of a third router or a refund. I picked the refund. They even refunded the cost of shipping the router back to them.
Extremely pleased with the customer service, but not so much with the product.
