I ordered DS4700R W Laser MP Deskset keyboard and mouse combo http://www.onhop.ca/catalog/product/10405537. I recieved them but it was a used one or refurbished. The mouse has some sticky residue on the buttons. It was not clearly stated that it was refurbished.

Unfortunately, I had a rather poor experience with OnHop.ca. On a Tueday evening, I placed an order for an SSD drive, listed as "in stock" and quoting "1 to 2 days" for delivery. By the following Tuesday, it still wasn't delivered. An inquiry as to the status was quickly replied to, claiming the shipping company had "lost" the order, and a new unit was being shipped out that day, to be delivered the following day. Two days later, still no item. I demanded the order be canceled and my money refunded, which, to their credit, they immediately did, claiming the unit listed as "in stock" was actually a defective unit, though why it took them two weeks to figure this out is beyond me.

We just bought 11 of these for one of the courses I am taking. It's a video editing class. We ordered these at about 2:30 pm on a Monday. They actually were delivered the next day. And boy can I tell you talking to the customer service people, made me more secure with doing such a large order. I think part of it was because I actually got to speak with someone and the fact we had never heard of them before. Not like some other places where there is no number or you leave a message and they never call back. All I can say is WOW. We are happy we found Onhop. Great job!! I will be back.

Ordered M-Audio AV40s from them since they had the lowest price on PriceCanada. Shipping was cheap (2 business days) and fast and they also took Paypal which is always a plus. Would definitely order from them again.

I can honestly say that my shopping experience with onhop has been very colorful. I think that yes they have a few kinks to work out in their system, but boy when you do get them on the phone, the customer support is nothing short of phenomenal. They went out of their way to make sure I got the items I needed, and for the first time in a long time, I got that "customer is always right" feeling back. Hats off to them for trying so hard!

I just wanted to comment to say how impressed I am with their service. I placed my order on Monday afternoon , but i wanted to know could they ship the order faster. The shipping would take 3 to 4 business day, but they offered me an overnight shipping with no extra charge. It arrived the next day.
The packaging was perfect for the size of the contents and the shipping charges were very reasonable as was the price of the product. PriceCanada.com showed their price to be the lowest and, even with the shipping charges, this was better than the best price my local Staples store could do and they have to special order the item and it can take up tp 10 days for delivery.

First try, couldn't process my payment. They then repeatedly emailed me to try again. I did and it worked. A few days later they void the order due to them being unable to supply a sufficient # of items to meet my order. I had ordered one of each item which were shown as being in stock both before and after my transaction (just now updated). In trying to provide them feedback, I learned that thier ticket system or even contact form weren't working. Others may have had successes, but for me it has been a complete waste of time when I could have easily ordered elsewhere.
I suspect that they are only unable to supply the items at the low price (it did look like an error they were so low). I'll bet they have lots of them and will be offering them at the higher regular price.
Edit: Amazing...one day later and they are showing all the items as in stock again, and at the same crazy low price. No response to my contact of customer service either. Absolutely horrible.....stay clear.

I ordered a mini p180 from onhop.
They were the only one with these cases in stock.
I was quite surprised by their processing/shipping time. The good kind of surprise. I believed the other reviews might have been phoney since all of the reviews are so good; however I believe I was wrong.
I ordered the mini P180 white on March 3rd around 8:30 PM. I received the case on March 5th 10:40 AM.
Processed and shipped to the location with in 2 days.
Nice.
One down side is that the automatic mailing system mailed me on March 5th 2:40 PM informing me that the item was shipped. AFTER I already received the item, lol.
But conclusively I rather have a slow mailing system than actual slow mailing, thus I am quite satisfied.

Best online experience yet!
Onhop is friendly yet professional. I felt very comfortable with Customer Service. They are very polite, helpful, accomodating and honest. Prices are excellent! My transaction went smoothly and shipping was very fast. I most definitely will be shopping at Onhop again and will recommend them to my friends and family for their computer needs.
