If there is an online vendor with better selection, pricing and delivery, I have not found it. Best Direct is consistently better than the competition with prices so low that Future Shop will not honour its lowest price guarantee policy. If you know what you want, Best Direct is your best choice.

Good values but as someone else stated, they require signatures on UPS delivery and UPS doesn't have pick-up options like *EVERY* other delivery service.
So unless you're at home during the week, Best Direct is more trouble than it's worth.

I recently ordered some headphones from their website, recieved all of the tracking information and confirmations from them through email. After a couple days nothing was sent I gave a quick email to check on the status, recieved a very quick email from a gentleman at their website assuring me everything was on track. Recieved the item two days later. Good shipping and customer service, will do business with agian, highly recommended.

Saved about 8% on a pile of equipment compared to Tigerdirect who I have used many times in the past. Shipping was also free. Only downside was that it took over a week to recieve goods. Not bad, but not as quick as TigerDirect.
