Purchased two monitors from them, was shipped in a few days with 8$ truck delivery from Vancouver, BC to Montreal, QC. They could really work on their client area website, but I will definitely buy from them again.

Purchased products from both retailers on the same day. Newegg arrives from the US today and NCIX just shipped late last night, expected delivery not until Thursday next week even though I live in Canada!

Ordered a core i5, a mobo, a 1TB hard drive and a dvd burner on the 24th of Dec. It's the 5th of Jan now and I still haven't received the package (used free ground shipping through UPS).

I've been shopping at NCIX for 5 years or more. They are a godsend to me for computer parts and I always try to buy everything I can from them. Their prices are already very low and I can save another substantial amount with price match (only online retailer I've found that offers this wonderful service). I also save the PST and for the "cost" of clicking on their flyer every week and writing a few reviews they give me free return shipping on RMAs.
Oh and they'll even build a computer for me for the a measly $50.
The few times I've had a problem their customer service has been reasonably quick and ver courteous. I have noticed sometimes they get backed up in shipping and my order gets delayed but that's understandable with such a big store and not a big deal to me since I rarely am in a position where I need an order right away.
For what I use them for NCIX just totally rocks and they have earned an extremely loyal customer in me!

Amazing service, with fast shipping. I ordered a tx750 power supply and at the time the MIR was $10; a day later it was $20. so I sent an email, and got an email a few hours after, so i sent my invoice, went to school, and by lunch my problem was fixed! And the psu should be here, well today for very low prices I couldn't find anywhere else.

I bought my first custom gaming PC from these guys back in high school (8 years ago). At that time, there weren't a lot of quality online PC retailers. Being in Toronto, the two choices for me was to either buy locally at Canada Computers or online at NCIX. Prices wise, they were about neck to neck. But NCIX had an advantage of a full featured online shopping experience with the ability to customize your own PC, not to mention price matching and avoiding the PST =p.
It's amazing not too much have changed since then, Canada Computers still haven't implemented an online shopping system, while NCIX's website is still pretty much the same but with some newly added features (product ratings, discussion forums, youtube video guides) which I really like.
To keep it short, I will say that NCIX.com is one of the best online retailers out there. The prices are great, the selection is vast, the service is decent and the website has a sense of community not found in other retailers. It is likely that you will run into a bad experience in rare occasions, but overall they are consistently good.

Good prices, good selection, fast low cost shipping. Ordered a few times from this store, went well every time. Also check out Infonec, BestDirect, Dytronix, CanadaComputer, DirectCanada, XpressCanada for computer items. All are good, and offer good prices ... compare !
