This is my second purchase from cendirect.com and they exceeded my expectations again. I purchased Sony camcorder for my friend. Price was lower than other stores and I payed only one tax because they are Quebec based and I'm in BC. Received camcorder the next business day. I highly recommend this store. 5 stars from me. I purchased Sony camcorder from Cendirect.com. Fast shipping, low price. Customer service is very helpful and responsive. I had a little problem with my order (they sent me a wrong battery pack). However they fixed it immediately by sending me correct battery using FedEx overnight service. I highly recommend this store ! Thank you!

Customer Service just Sucks. They don't try to resolve anything with you, just cancel the order. When I called I was told that they don't want to deal with me.

Bought two products so far from Cendirect...an HP 210 and a HP 2140. Prices were some of the lowest available for the configurations wanted but the bonus was no Ontario PST since they are centred in Quebec. Next day delivery in both cases....super!

I had a very bad experience with another Canadian online dealer (never received anything) and I reluctantly ordered online again. This time I chose Cendirect. The email instructions I got after ordering were accurate and I was given my shipping date. The parcel arrived within 48 hours. What a difference! I will use Cendirect again.

Have purchased from CenDirect several times, the latest being an HP desktop PC. Their price was $80 lower than the price at all local stores (FS, BB, CompuSmart etc) Because they are based in PQ and ship to me in Toronto, there is no PST, so I saved a further 8%. With the very reasonable $12.95 shipping, I still saved $160 over buying locally. They have 3 warehouses, one of which is in Toronto, so shipments are super-fast. Each time I have ordered from them, I have gotten my product the next morning! Communication is great, shipping is straightforward and clearly spelled out. I have never had a bad experience with Central Direct, and have supreme confidence in them.
